Terms of Service Agreement
By making a purchase with us, you agree to the following store policies.
Cancellations & Refunds
- All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- If you ordered the wrong size, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, no changes can be made.
Shipping Information
- Processing & Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 weeks.
- Tracking Number: You will receive a tracking number within 1.5-2 weeks of placing your order. Please check your email (including spam/junk folders) before contacting us.
- Multiple Shipments: All items ship separately, meaning you will receive one tracking number per item ordered.
- Expedited Shipping: Available at an extra cost of $20 per item. This option will deliver in 2 weeks or less. For multiple items, please contact us directly.
Tracking Your Order
- Use the 17track app or website to track your order by entering the tracking number provided.
- For the website: Click the middle button at the bottom for translation.
- For the app: Click the translate button.
- No ETA Available: We do not provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA). Tracking updates will show progress when a city near you or your city’s name appears. It's normal for tracking to initially show "China" or display no updates; it should update within 3 days.
Other Policies
- Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
- Package Condition: Some items, particularly those with boxes, may arrive with minor damage (such as dents or creases) due to shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Sizing Information: Sizing and fit details are available on each product page. If you need assistance with size selection, please contact us.
- Tracking Updates: Once your tracking number is provided, we do not offer further updates. It is your responsibility to monitor the tracking and notify us if any issues arise. All sales are final.
